RFP: Employability and Localization in Higher Education

USAID through Leading Through Learning Global Platform (LTLGP), managed by
EDC ( Education Development Center) is seeking proposals from individuals
and/ or organizations to develop a guidance document for implementing
partners, USAID staff, and practitioners working in college- to career
transition programs.
