REQUEST FOR COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT COMPETITION AMENDMENT BILL, 2024

The Competition Authority is calling for comments on the Draft Competition
(Amendment) Bill 2024 by *11th June 2024*.
Notably, the bill seeks to widen the ambit of the Competition Authority to
digital markets.
