The Kenya Space Agency is developing a legal framework to regulate and
promote the development of the space sector in Kenya. The Draft Kenya Space
Bill 2023 aims to provide for the establishment, management, and functions
of the Kenya Space Agency, as well as the regulation of space activities
and related matters.
