Kenya Fintech Policy Guide Note 2024

Dear Listers

Good morning.

I hope this email finds you well.

In 2020, KICTANet held a meeting of Fintech Professionals and Entrepreneurs
to present the first Kenya Fintech Policy Guide Note of 2019. See attached.

Today, KICTANet and the Association of Fintechs in Kenya are embarking on
updating this seminal document, dubbed Kenya Fintech Policy Guide Note
2024.

We humbly request stakeholders across the Fintech Ecosystem to collaborate
with us in this important exercise. See the live link to the document

    Thanks for the read.

Comparisons with Alipay maybe helpful. Transaction costs for local
payment solutions are much higher compared to Alipay, though data
    collected may be used differently.

Ebanx entry into Kenya may also be of interest. Nubank presents a
different way of doing things efficiently.
