Great inputs and pointers already. BTW, we are already requesting a statement on use of the USF funds and status of the infrastructure development for which the fund was set up. We are also aware the funds have run into a few billions, which we are keen to monitor compliance to the intended use.

Some tenders were floated which we shall be following keenly. Great questions re who’s ultimately responsible for the USF funds. We shall establish and ensure the necessary accountabilities are assigned and guide the administration of the funds.

The ICT Committee is on the same page with you re access before control.
