Update: Kenya’s Cyber Diplomacy at the UN (Policy Brief)

This is an additional update. Ms Grace Githaiga CEO KICTANet made a
statement on the revised zero draft during the Fifth Substantive Session of
the OEWG, including suggestions for stakeholder contributions to the
implementation of various proposals.

The Open-ended Working Group on security of and in the use of information
and communications technologies 2021-2025 convened for its fifth
substantive session from 24-28 July 2023 to continue its work on issues
related to information security in the context of international security.
