Is there anything wrong with KENIC being licensed? If I remember very well,
the community was insisting that CA (then CCK) should not sit on the KENIC
board so that it can perform it\’s regulatory role effectively without any
conflict of interest.

Equality in representation of all stakeholders stand out here as a major
concern. Wamathai has also raised the same issue. I hope Wamathai can give

Well said. As far as I can tell, Drake, one of the members of KENIC has had
some fair turnover of board members. We had Ali Hussein a founder member of
Drake, who gave way to Rose Maghas, and now Kariba Moko.
As far as not growing roots, on the board, what term limits should be
