edition, KeIGF will focus on “Tech for human development: Policy,
Innovation and Inclusive Governance.” Alongside the national IGF, a
youth IGF as well as a Children’ IGF shall be convened during the week. See

facilitate inter-country exchanges and best practice sharing among East
