RFP: DEVELOPMENT OF THE JIHUSISHE MOBILE APPLICATION FOR E-SOCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY IN KENYA
Dear Listers,
TISA is looking for a consultant to develop a digital platform where
citizens can hold duty-bearers accountable and easily access vital
government information to enable them to take civic decisions and actions.
The platform will be a space for the public to engage by asking questions
and providing their opinions on various social issues. This expands the
idea of public participation from ‘Baraza’ type of meetings to a virtual
space where anyone could engage with their County Government since the
information would be shared with the County for their action.
The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is 17th August 2023.
