PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT ON DRAFT REGULATIONS FOR THE DIGITAL HEALTH ACT, 2023 AND THE DRAFT REGULATORY IMPACT STATEMENT

Virtual stakeholder sessions have been announced as below. I’ll share more
details once I have them. I have attached the different regulations and the
feedback form.

Monday – 16th Dec 2024 (2 pm – 4 pm) – Data Exchange & Use of e-health
applications and technologies Regulations
Wednesday – 18th Dec 2024 (11 am – 1 pm) – Health Information Management
