* Compare monitoring, evaluation, reviews and audits in projects and programmes
* Plan and design measurable projects using the logical framework
* Translate your logical framework into a project plan
* Measure and track the progress of your project using MS-Project 2016
* Develop a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Table
* Prepare the Monitoring and Evaluation Budget
* Assess the long-term impact of your of your projects and programmes
* Report the long-term impact of your projects and programmes
Course Details
The fee to attend is US$2 000 excluding accommodation for the duration of 5 Days per delegate. Fees include tuition, seminar materials, certificate of completion, training videos, airport pickup and drop-off, PC Tablet, lunch and refreshments.
