MPESA \’Hakikisha\’ Privacy Issues
Unfortunately on this issue, corporates are purposefully having the fine
print knowing well that 99.9% of customers would not read. This IS a SAFETY
NET for them in case one sues you would be pointed to the fine print which
you had appended your signature too without reading. I would actually put
it to *DISHONESTY* on the part of providers.
This calls for the regulator to enforce standardisation and simplification
of these so that wanjiku needs not a lawyer to translate the terms of such
contracts.
