Victor, while the assurance is great after all the noise that was made, has
this been publicly communicated as the bills were? I think it is TOO EARLY
BREATHE A SIGH OF RELIEF knowing our political class. We could wake up to a
BILL PASSED AWAITING PRESIDENTIAL ASSENT… God forbid!
