Kituo requests a comprehensive scientific inquiry into the regulation of
satellite internet services before any laws or regulations are enacted.
They seek an injunction to prevent the Communications Authority of Kenya
(CA) and the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) from taking actions that
may harm Starlink’s consumers or hinder its operations.
