KENYA: Data Protection, Three Years Later

Mr John Walubengo is reminding us that it has been three years since the
Kenyan Data Protection Act was enacted in November 2019 and two years since
the first Data Commissioner was appointed and sworn into the Office of the
Data Protection Commission.
