[kelvinndmo/ke-accountability] Kill the Kenya Robotics And Artificial Intelligence Society Bill, 2023 (Issue #49)

We found that out after sharing the email from our impressive young
developers Kelvin Ndemo and Omwenga. I invited them to KICTANET for further
