Joint Memorandum on the Assembly and Demonstrations Bill, 2024

We, Access Now and KICTANet, as Kenyan non-governmental and civil society
organizations with expertise in human rights and information and
communication technologies (ICTs), submit this joint memorandum

in response to the call for input on the Assembly and Demonstrations Bill,
2024.
We urge Parliament to adopt our recommendations to ensure the Assembly and
Demonstrations Bill upholds the right to peaceful assembly and freedom of
expression in Kenya.
