ict practitioners bill is back

Waiting eagerly for the draft bill.

We have a constitution that puts good sense to any legislation. For
example, if they had succeded in passing the previous draft bill into law
as was, about 40% of the clauses would have failed the constitutional smell
test.

Hopefully the advocates of the bill, the \’institute\’ and government-
regulated industry certification would care to reflect on the size and
nature of body of practitioners they are trying to fit into one box. And
the likely consequences.
