Draft VAT Digital Supply Regulations

This is an interesting turn of events but one that was bound to happen. I
think it will affect those negotiations and the USA will not hesitate to
negotiate for tax exemptions on this proposed raft of taxes which I think
were meant for big technology companies in the first place. Therefore,
these taxes may actually end up affecting Kenyan SMEs more as they will not
be accorded such exemptions if they sale through.
