Day 2 Huduma Namba Dicussion: Registration of Persons (National Integrated Identity Management Systems (NIIMs), Regulation 2020

Good morning listers,

Today we discuss the Registration of Persons (National Integrated Identity
Management Systems (NIIMs), Regulation 2020, which for purposes of this
discussion we shall referrer to as Huduma Namba regulations.

The regulations have set out the composition of the NIIMS system and the
types of Huduma cards. A provision is given for when an individual is not
enrolled.

Question, seeing as these regulations will have a direct impact on your
rights as a citizen and rights to citizenship, what are your thoughts on
the provisions. I have attached them herein for your review.
