Censorship – Telegram

CA as a regulator or any other agency should not adopt blocking and
censorship as an option. Let us not get distracted by the details of the
exam cheating & other allegations else we will build houses without dooors
and windows because that is where burglers access our homes. Privacy should
be an absolute right (except in a Court sanctioned case after valid reason
has been presented to a Judge). That’s not what we are dealing with.

After observing humans for half a century, Privacy and Data Protection
provisions were hard-fought achievements that if compromised at the altar
of our personal biases and religious/self-righteousness preferences, we
would find ourselves where the MAGA USA finds itself with amoral humans
like Trump, Gaetz, Bannon, Juliani etc are imposing twisted standards of
morality and denying science, privacy and common sense.
