CA’s Sh85m plan to link remote areas with mobile voice

I beg to disagree Kivuva,
We need a report first, are there any factors that have impeded the
functioning of the board?, we don\’t want to be learning about these
from the courts, if a new board is appointed under the prevailing
conditions, we will repeat this conversation in the near future.
