in Kenya for its alleged role in facilitating the spread of content that

The landmark decision rejects Meta’s argument that Kenyan courts lack
jurisdiction because Meta isn’t registered as a company in Kenya. The
lawsuit, is one of three against Meta in Kenya on its content moderation
practices, which it recently made major changes on in the US.
It is yet to be seen whether the company will appeal the decision.
