Tracking OGBV in Africa – AI Trolling Dominates Week 1

KICTANet launched the OGBV Tracker <ogbv.kictanet.or.ke/map> to
document and analyse online gender-based violence (OGBV) across Africa. In
its first week, AI-generated trolling emerged as a dominant trend,
particularly targeting politicians through manipulated images and deepfake
content.
