Oracle is a US domiciled multinational with offices in Kenya. The NHS in
the UK has had some of their software created by Infosys (an Indian
domiciled multinational with offices in the UK). Hopefully a transparent
tender process will be followed. Protectionism will not help Kenyan
companies that want to export software services.

citizen data. Governments also need to be held accountable for what
data they collect and the purposes it is used for.
