[kelvinndmo/ke-accountability] Kill the Kenya Robotics And Artificial Intelligence Society Bill, 2023 (Issue #49)

Greetings,

Last week on Friday, She Code Africa Nairobi hosted a Twitter space
reviewing the proposed bills, the AI & Robotics Bill and the ICT Bill.
It was an open online Baraza with Key stakeholders in the Tech Space,
practitioners, and Gen Z. We all agreed that we should push to kill these
bills before they kill the tech sector in Kenya. A report will be out soon
on the outcome of the conversation. We look forward to hosting more active
interactive public participation sessions to help us build a Kenya with a
Future.

Feel free to follow us on our social media handles for updates and progress.

If there is any working group on the Bills, kindly loop me in and lets work
together.

Cheers
Maryanne.
