in Africa contains some ideas on how to legally counter the proposed
repressive pretentious proposed laws by our govnt regarding the control of
internet platforms including websites, blogs, social media.

If Mr. Mute is on this forum, he could kindly consider advising us on this.
If he\’s not on board, we need him asap.

PS: Mr. (Commissioner) Lawrence Mute is the Chairperson of the African
Commission on Human and Peoples Rights and Special Rapporteur on Freedom of
